Cancellation Policy

Please note that your appointment will be cancelled should we not receive your completed consultation form or contact from you . CANCELLATION: Please provide us with a minimum of 24 hrs notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or if you have any Covid symptoms. For services that require a non refundable booking fee to secure your date, we require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations. This amount is non refundable but can be transferred or refunded if more than 24 hours notice received. PAYMENTS: Cash should be exact money as we cannot give change, card payments are also accepted if you do not have cash. Any cancellation or no show may result in future bookings being prepaid or it will be cancelled. NON REFUNDABLE booking fees with be taken off the total of the appointment fee payable , the balance is payable on the day of the appointment. The non refundable booking fee can be transferred to another appointment booking if more than 24hours notice is given. The session will be stopped but still be payable in full if there is any inappropriate behaviour. TRAVEL DISTANCE: Mobile massages are only available within a 10mile radius of CT17.
